For the eighteenth year, the state finals were played at Gillette Stadium, eight games across December 4–6, 2025. The results:
| Division | Champion | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Xaverian Brothers | 41–35 over St. John's Prep |
| 2 | Catholic Memorial | — |
| 3 | King Philip Regional | — |
| 4 | Scituate | 42–41 over Tewksbury Memorial |
| 5 | Shawsheen Valley Tech | — |
| 6 | Fairhaven | — |
| 7 | Cohasset | — |
| 8 | Randolph | — |
The Division 1 final matched the two highest-rated teams in the state. St. John's Prep had finished the regular season 8-0 with a rating of 28.37, the best in Massachusetts; Xaverian, 6-2 and rated 21.52, had lost to the Prep during the season and won the rematch that counted.
Division 4 produced the closest finish of the weekend: Scituate, the division's top seed at 7-1, beat unbeaten Tewksbury 42–41.
Attendance across the three days was 16,800, down from roughly 19,000 in 2024 and about 22,000 in earlier years, a figure the MIAA Football Committee discussed at its January meeting. The games were produced by Kraft Sports + Entertainment and streamed on Patriots.com and CBS News Boston, with Thursday's games on NFHS Network.
