Welcome to Massachusetts Football
Every MIAA program, every score, one statewide ranking, and the Thanksgiving rivalries — in one place, for free. Here's what this site is and what's coming this season.
By Massachusetts Football
Massachusetts has 332 high schools playing football, eight state champions a year, more than a hundred Thanksgiving games and the oldest public-school rivalry in the country. What it has not had is a single place that keeps track of all of it.
This site is that place. On launch day it has:
- Every program in the state, with last season's record, MIAA power rating and playoff seed, on its own team page.
- The Massachusetts 16, a statewide top-16 built from the MIAA's own ratings, so it argues with numbers rather than opinions. The final 2025 edition is up; the first 2026 edition publishes the day the MIAA releases its first ratings in October.
- All eight division tables, with the playoff cutoff line.
- The Thanksgiving rivalries, starting with the oldest, each with its own page and history.
- The Super Bowl champions, beginning with 2025.
Coming as the season goes: week-by-week scores as the MIAA publishes them, kickoff times and stream links for Thanksgiving, and a Friday newsletter with the rankings and the week's games.
Everything here is free. The site is independent and not affiliated with the MIAA. If you coach, play, cover or cheer for a program and see something wrong or missing, tell us; the fastest way this gets better is people who know their team correcting us.
